Towards a New Global Responsibility

In order to contain the climate change’s impacts within sustainability levels the document restates the principle of common, but differentiated responsibilities among International parties and, in order to identify future shares for GHG emissions and considering single capabilities and everybody’s right to a satisfying quality of life and to development, it asserts the necessity for an approach based on criteria of justice and equity.
